"TOSC has proven itself to be effective in bringing together citizens of different philosophies to work together to acquire key open spaces and develop extensive trail networks in the Colorado Springs region"

Trails & Open Space Coalition

WHAT WE DO

We are the leading trails and open space advocacy voice in the Pikes Peak region. We work cooperatively with local businesses, families and governments to preserve open space, rural lands and parks, and to create a network of local trails, bikeways and greenways.

WHY WE’RE GREAT!

Trails and open spaces connect us to the land, provide us with inner peace, invigorate our bodies and minds, and inspire us to wonder. These values and benefits are why many of us choose to live in the Pikes Peak region.

Since 1987, we’ve helped preserve and acquire more than 5,600 acres of community open space, and helped build over 200 miles of multi-use trails, as well as 26 community parks.
