"The Diversity Forum helped us develop our diversity plan targeted toward both our library’s employees and patrons. We are a better, more inclusive organization because of the Diversity Forum."

Everybody Welcome!
Colorado Springs Diversity Forum
WHAT WE DO
The Diversity Forum works to create an inclusive and welcoming community that fosters respect for all people by valuing the positive work and influence of the diverse cultures that contribute to our social and economic structure. In practice, this takes the form of community education and celebration – a visible commitment to building a vibrant, welcoming and prosperous region.
WHY WE’RE GREAT!
The strength of the Diversity Forum is in our broad-based membership of more than 350 individuals representing 116 local private, nonprofit and civic organizations who are committed to making our community more diverse and more welcoming. Two of our most public projects include our annual August "Everybody Welcome Festival: A Celebration of Culture and Diversity" as well as our Diversity Resource Guide.
