What We Do

We have earned critical and popular acclaim for bold theatrical productions in intimate settings. Our shows have included regional premieres, modern classics, side-splitting comedies, and challenging newer works.  Our local actors, volunteers, directors, designers, and artists present polished plays that exercise the conscience, entertain the mind, and inspire the imagination.

SET’s collaborative structure and philosophy, unique among local theatre groups, lays a rich creative working foundation for members and volunteers.  Each season, SET aims to increase opportunities for artists and to reach more audience members in the Colorado Springs area. We believe art belongs to everyone, so we offer affordable ticket prices, accessible facilities, a youth acting camp, and community preview nights.
